What is Divergence

Divergence is a team building and development experience built around shifting goals, changing conditions, and limited time. Teams are exposed to a collection of rapid-fire tasks that are unpredictable, ambiguous, and intentionally overwhelming. The session closes with high-impact debrief where performance meets insight, and chaos becomes a catalyst for growth.

It challenges corporate teams and groups to stay aligned, make decisions fast, and move forward to reveal:

Team Dynamics

How individuals and departments respond to change

Team Dynamics

Communication patterns under stress

Team Dynamics

Group alignment when the goals shift

Team Dynamics

Role clarity and collaboration beyond the plan

Your Team Will Uncover

How they adapt when plans fall apart

Especially relevant for teams facing change, transformation, or fast-paced projects.

How clearly they communicate under time pressure

Reveals communication breakdowns and blockers when clarity matters most.

Where agility and alignment break down

Highlights whether your team clings to existing roles or adapt to shifting team needs.

How decisions are made when speed matters

Helps identify if decisions are shared, delayed, dominated, or stuck in loops — and why it matters.

Who steps up (or steps back) in uncertainty

Helps identify emergent leadership, shared ownership, and team dynamics under stress.
